We can handle your VFX shots from pre-production through production
and finally post-production. Our workflow consists of the following steps in order to achieve the desired results:
Concept art: Drawing, sketching and illustrations. This step helps us perceive the director's specific vision leading us later on to create a detailed storyboard preparing the crew for the shooting.

We can handle your VFX shots from pre-production through production
and finally post-production. Our workflow consists of the following steps in order to achieve the desired results:
Concept art: Drawing, sketching and illustrations. This step helps us perceive the director's specific vision leading us later on to create a detailed storyboard preparing the crew for the shooting.
On set shooting: VFX requires a very specific set of skills. Every member of the crew should be able to perceive what the shot will look like after processing and post-production. This is considered one of the most important processes in order to achieve good results later on. Necessary measurements and data are to be taken during this step.
CG Content: Computer generated content is one of our specialties with the following specificities:
• 3D Character animation: Creating realistic characters with lifelike motion.
• Motion Capture: For a more subtle and realistic motion, you can go with our motion capture option. The 3D CG Character will copy the movements of a real life actor.
• Dynamic simulations: Dynamics can go from simple fog and cloud generation to specific shape shifting powders, sand, dust, smoke, fire and water. CG Content: Computer generated content is one of our specialties with the following specificities:

Compositing: CGI shots and shots with visual effects both require compositing. This step helps mix the shot footage with the Computer generated content in a way that helps make the shot look more
realistic.
Editing: We can edit in both stereoscopic (Real 3D) and standard 2D editing.
Coloring: Here at Blackbirdfx we take coloring very seriously. That for it being the final step in the post-production process. Profit from our DaVinci workstation for results that suit you.

In our sound department, we always feel we should tell a story, that mainly accompany or emphasize the concept using the right elements in a sound session. We do not only own a versatile and satisfying sound effect and music library, but we like to record our own sounds, wether outside in the field or indoors as foley artists, therefore bringing delicacy and a more truthful and precise tone to the track.

Beside owning a very diverse music library, we usually prefer to compose the music of the project we work on. In our studio, you will find various acoustic instruments, as well as a comprehensive digital virtual library for the best quality. Our composers are very versatile in creating the soundtrack, styles ranging from orchestral scores, jingles, soundscapes to electronics, rock, pop, and oriental melodies. Whatever the mood or the atmosphere of the project, this part is crucial for maintaining the motive and emotive aspect of the concept.
